The starter renovation package is ideal for someone who wants to renovate their apartment in a short period of time and very economically either for exploitation or to live in themselves. The package includes a new kitchen installation, security door and 2-layer painting of the entire apartment with Vivechrome colors, as well as painting the interior doors.

  • All work is supervised by the company's highly experienced engineer in collaboration with our highly experienced team and the renovation manager. We guarantee that you will have a perfect result without any defects and with a written guarantee.

  • The price is indicative as each house case is unique and depending on the degree of difficulty, the price may be adjusted downwards or upwards.

  • The offer is valid for freshening up paint or light plastering. In the case of multiple repairs, there is a charge to the customer.

  • Prices do not include VAT.

  • The price includes a kitchen up to 7 linear meters

  • In case you do not want any of the included tasks, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
